BKZ Transformer

Application
Our rectifier transformer is composed of a transformer and rectifier elements. It is designed to covert 220VAC or 380VAC, 50Hz power supply into DC power supply which can be used for battery charging and any equipment requiring DC power supply. For instance, our BKZ-20A DC transformer, a silicon commutating power supply device, is designed for converting 50-60Hz, AC500V power supply into DC24V power supply.

Installation site altitude: ≤ 2,000m
Relative humidity: ≤50% when the ambient temperature is +40℃; The max. relative humidity can be 90% when the min. average temperature in the month is +25℃.
Pollution degree: 3^rd class (Over voltage category)
Installation class: Class III power supply voltage, and the power supply tolerance can be ±5%.

Installation and maintenance
1. The installation and use of our rectifier transformer should conform to the working environment requirements described before.
2. Before installation, please make sure all installation conditions conform to the corresponding parameters. This is essential to avoid damages to the rectifier transformer.
3. Connecting circuits according to the marks, and double check before connecting to the power supply.
4. Avoid vibration and impact during transportation. Please keep the rectifier transformer in dry and ventilating places. Keep away from moisture, so as to guarantee the reliable performance, safe use and service life of the rectifier transformer.
